"Alan," she supplied.
He nodded. "Ms. Alan. Why are you here?"

This is San Francisco, home to 1001 ghost stories. Sarah Winchester's House sits ominously in the south of the City, on Bernal Heights. Alcatraz Island, home of the famously inescapable prison, looms menacingly to the north. There are two major bridges, at least one of which has a troll. Rumors and tales speak of a Dragon slumbering under (or around) Chinatown; of a Prince of Fae in Golden Gate Park; of a spirit of Fog so pervasive that the locals have named it Karl.
Everyone knows a few of these stories, but no one really believes them, right?
As one of the City’s resident not-quite-mortals, you know the truth about one or two of these things… and you can’t ever forget it. The doors the supernatural opens in your mind can never be fully closed. And that which does not drive one to gibbering insanity makes one stronger. So, when the weird gets Weird, when ghouls and goblins roam the street and it’s not even Halloween, when THINGS go BUMP in the night… You and your friends are the ones who step up and stand between all that is dark and foul, and all that is mortal and right.
You are the Paranet. And San Francisco is your city.
In this campaign, you will take on the role of a Clued-in Bike Cop, a Trust-fund Hippy Wizard, the Garbage Mage, or one of their friends, and defend the City from the rising tide of Shadow. Will you be strong enough and clever enough to help those in need? When the call comes from an unexpected source, will you rise to the challenge?
Adventures will be run in Fate Accelerated/Dresden Files Accelerated. Characters available.
