Goal

Description
Most of the people you meet in daily life know little to nothing about the Supernatural. A few might have had an encounter or two, but have forgotten by choice or trauma. These are those folks.

Resources
Mostly, these are just folks. Anyone within this group who is involved in the Supernatural is probably part of some other Faction. The most common mortal factions are the SFPD & Emergency Services, the Interfaith Council, or the The Paranet.
