Description

Golden Gate Park is the largest park in San Francisco. It contains numerous gardens, museums, memorials, lakes, and an actual herd of bison.

Notable locations within the park:

  • Kezar Stadium
  • Conservatory of Flowers
  • AIDS Memorial Grove
  • Music Concourse Area
  • De Young Museum
  • Academy of Sciences
  • Japanese Tea Garden
  • San Francisco Botanical Garden
  • Shakespeare Garden
  • Stow Lake
  • Spreckels Lake
  • Golden Gate Park Stadium
  • Bison Paddock
  • Windmills
  • Beach Chalet

Though the Park legally belongs to the City, the Fae of the Verdant Court claim it as their Territory, insofar as anyone in the supernatural community is concerned. That said, Sgt. Eric Bruce Lee, a member of the Paranet, patrols there daily, Nerezanthrax lives, or at least is rumored to be found, at the Windmills on the western edge, and it's used by thousands of mortals a day without issue.

One thing the Paranet does know for certain, though, is that if you wish to speak to the Verdant Prince, you can usually find his herald, Robin Goodfellow, in the Shakespeare Garden. And for certain, there is a Way gate to the Springlands there, too.
