Biography
Maskim Xul is the largest, strongest of the ghouls that live in the dark corners of the Tenderloin. He is nominally their king, meaning the others fear him a little more than they hate him. As long as he provides them enough food, they will probably not challenge him.
It's worth noting, though, that the clan's home in the Tenderloin is not exactly a safe location, being just down the street from City Hall, a police station, and the entire Financial District. It takes a certain amount of cunning and subtlety to keep the clan's existence from making waves, and Xul seems to have it. That makes him dangerous.
The Ghoul clan is for hire as cheap muscle - payment to be rendered in dead bodies. Clan Dhalku
