Description
Most of the people you meet in daily life know little to nothing about the Supernatural. A small percentage might have had an encounter or two, but have forgotten by choice or trauma.
The few San Franciscans who have encountered the Supernatural and are known to the Paranet are listed here, in hopes of keeping an eye on them for their own safety.

Mostly, these are just folks. Mortals who are involved in the Supernatural are probably part of some other Faction.
The most common mortal factions are the SFPD & Emergency Services, the Interfaith Council, or the The Paranet.
